All projects are bespoke and no fees will be charged for the evaluation of your
project or the initial meetings at your or our offices. We do not expect you to
instruct us before you are convinced that our proposal is much more cost-efficient
than you have expected (in most cases saving you a multiple of the project fee).
Stefan Gomoll, the principal of SG LAW, is an
Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and a
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Stefan has studied law at the:
Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich / Germany; University of Westminster &
College of Law in London / England; and Caen University / France.
Stefan is bi-lingual in German and English (and has some working knowledge
in French)
and is a member of the
British - German Jurists Association.
Having been a shareholder and Director in a group of German property holding
and development companies since the German re-unification in 1990, Stefan
sold most of his German assets in 1995 before moving to the British Isles
in 1995 and gaining his international legal experience with:
Clifford Chance LLP in London and New York (as an English
Solicitor); and Carey Olsen in the
Channel Islands (as a Guernsey Advocate).
Stefan is also a Member of Chief Pleas (the local Sark Parliament).
Based in the Bailiwick of Guernsey he visits London, Switzerland and Germany
on a regular basis and aims to combine his international property, legal and
tax experience with the accessibility of your in-house counsel.
